We guarantee all potted trees and shrubs 100% and bare root trees and shrubs 50% for one full year from date of purchase, provided they have been taken care of in a manner which the plant will grow. Product sold at a discount of 31% off or greater will not be guaranteed.

We will extend our guarantee on all potted trees and shrubs 100% for two full years and all bare root trees and shrubs 100% for one full year provided Fertilome Root Stimulator is purchased and used at the proper rate at planting time.

Plants will be replaced only once during the duration of the guarantee. Other plants (such as annuals, perennials, vegetable plants, special fruits or seeds) are not guaranteed except that they be true to name. We are to be notified of any claims before the time limit is past or this guarantee is void.
